The success of our IT support sessions last year has meant that we have continued to be asked to help on a variety of technical issues, from how to add contacts on mobile phones, to how to organise email inboxes, organise and sort photos, set up Covid Passports for travel to visit families, assist with wi-fi connection issues at home to name some of the support given.

In 2022 we supported 20 people during ten IT sessions. We are continuing with our free IT support sessions in 2023.

The support that we have given has meant that local residents have been able to stay connected to loved ones, keep treasured memories organised and in a place they can easily find, enabled them to do online food shopping and enjoy the benefits IT can bring to them in their homes.
